Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Production Support and L3 Support activities.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience troubleshooting production incidents in distributed systems and enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, API gateway concepts, and microservice communication patterns.
  • Expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
  • Strong understanding of JVM, garbage collection, thread dumps, heap dumps, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
  • Experience with on-call support and SLA-driven production environments.
Salary Range:
$90,000 to $105,000 per year
