30-37 USD/Hour Job Description 11-month contract opportunity Hybrid 3 days onsite Seeking a Senior Java/J2EE Developer to build and support scalable enterprise applications in a global Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and global IT teams to deliver projects. Design and develop stable, scalable server-side applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Provide hands-on development, testing, and code coverage. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and stand-ups. Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate technical requirements. Apply modern development, testing, and DevOps best practices.

Required Technical Skills:

Strong Core Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate/ORM experience. Enterprise server-side application development.

REST/SOAP

Web Services, XML, XPath, XSLT, JSON. Apache Tomcat or similar web server experience. Strong SQL/database skills;Sybase or DB2 preferred. JUnit and experience with profiling tools such as JProfiler/JProbe. Strong understanding of Design Patterns and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Unix/Linux development experience. Exposure to Angular, JavaScript, or React. Experience with

JIRA/ALM

tools, Agile methodologies, and DevOps. Exposure to AI tools and models.

Domain Experience:

Financial markets, banking products, or wealth management preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

A strong hands-on Java engineer with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working in fast-paced global Agile environments.
