Controls Engineer (Embedded Systems) A company dedicated to innovative advancements in automotive technology seeking a skilled Controls Engineer in the Evans, GA area. Join a team that is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of vehicle control systems and enhancing safety features. Pay Rate/Salary of the Controls Engineer (Embedded Systems): $62/hr Responsibilities of the Controls Engineer (Embedded Systems): Collaborate with a team to define engine and vehicle control architecture and telemetry. Assist in implementing model-based development for hardware and software. Identify and validate vehicle control module options, sensors, and power management systems. Provide guidance and leadership to designers and technicians. Administer agency and regulatory approval processes. Qualifications of the Controls Engineer (Embedded Systems): Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in control systems design or systems engineering, preferably in automotive. Experience with embedded systems controls. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of product safety and design standards.
