Application Architect IV#26-09194 Kennesaw, GA Charlotte, NC Onsite Contract Starts 11/16/2026 Ends 9/08/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect IV for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC and Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role provides application support for critical applications in the Payments space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring applications, triaging production issues, preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents, and partnering with various teams to resolve issues and ensure 100% SLApliance. This position requires on-call support and the ability to write scripts to automate daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and support applications to meet 100% SLA Provide on-call support, including after-hours and weekends as business needs require Triage production tickets and issues Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents Partner with Application teams, CCO, and other application support teams to resolve issues Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis Write scripts to automate mundane daily BAU tasks Identify root causes in the code and suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or DB Follow the release management and code deployment process to migrate code changes

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with application support workload Java/J2EE or Cloud experience Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, SQL, and log analysis Knowledge of Python / AI Goodmunication skills Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
