Kennesaw, Georgia / Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Role OverviewWe are seeking a developer to design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and maintain enterprise-scale applications. This role involves developing business-specific AI solutions and backend services that support high-volume applications. The position requires participation in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, design reviews, and retrospectives. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectures.

Develop RESTful APIs and backend services supporting high-volume business applications.

Perform code reviews and implement secure coding best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agents, topics, and workflows.

Develop business-specific AI solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge sources.

Build and integrate custom connectors, REST APIs, and workflow automations to extend Copilot capabilities.

Monitor agent performance, analytics, and adoption metrics to continuously optimize AI solutions.

Implement governance, security, and responsible AI practices for enterprise AI solutions.

Required QualificationsExperience:

3+ years of hands-on Java development experience.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.

Proficiency with REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, Maven/Gradle, and Git.

Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), Docker, and Kubernetes.
