Job Description

1.AGV/AMR Field Technician (1-2)
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide maintenance and service support for automated material-handling robots, including AMRs, AGVs, and automated parking robots.•Mainly hardware
Equipment Covered:
Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
Automated Parking Robots Job Duties:
Perform annual scheduled inspections and maintenance. Perform periodic inspections and preventive maintenance. Implement preventive maintenance plans. Communicate and coordinate effectively with team leader and customers.•2.AGV/AMR Software Maintenance Engineer (1)
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide maintenance and service support for automated material-handling robots, including AMRs, AGVs, and automated parking robots.•
Mainly Software Equipment Covered:
Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
Automated Parking Robots Job Duties:
Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of AGV/AMR systems Analyze and resolve software (S/W) errors Maintain control systems and communication networks Support field installation and commissioning Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients Prepare maintenance reports and documentation [Common information]
Work Location:
The primary work location will be at the HMGMA manufacturing facility. Depending on business needs, work may also be performed at the company's office located in Garden City, Georgia.
Working Hours:
8hours a day, Weekdays only There can be paid overtime or weekend work in occasion
Training:
On-the-job training (OJT) and other job-related training necessary to perform the role will be provided.
Additional Benefits:
A daily meal allowance for lunch will be provided in addition to the base salary. Upon completion of the probationary period, eligible employees will receive benefits in accordance with company policy, including family medical insurance and participation in the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
