Mexico - Fullstack Agentic AI React/Java Developer

Job Description A fortune 50 client of Insight Global in the Retail space is seeking a strong Full Stack (react/Java) AI Agentic Engineer to join their application engineering team and work across frontend, backend, cloud, automation, and observability layers. This role will focus on enhancing a new React-based portal, building financial validation automation pipelines, and introducing agentic AI capabilities to improve developer productivity and system intelligence. The engineer will work closely with product, financial, and engineering teams on a customer-facing portal used by internal financial users and other product teams, with potential for user feedback and interaction.

•  5+ years of experience as a fullstack engineer with React & Java
•  Experience working with monitoring and deployment tools such as: Spinnaker, Grafana, Terraform
•  DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker
•  Experience working with GenAI or Agentic AI
•  Strong automation experience working with automation tools such as: Playwright or Selenium
•  GCP OR Azure experience
•  GCP experience specifically
•  Strong understanding of observability best practices
•  Strong communication skills and ability to be customer facing
•  Experience building internal developer tools or AI assistants
