Responsibilities Salary Range:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all business systems support including but not limited to CRM, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL and SAP BW. This includes installation, development, maintenance, updates, training, and end user support. Works in tandem with internal consultants in Germany to establish global solutions. Collaborate with IT team (both locally and internationally) on hardware/software technologies, upgrades, and configurations for optimal performance worldwide. Work with SBD's and other stakeholders to identify key metrics and translate into global BI solutions. Develop, maintain, and test dashboards and reports that support corporate objectives. Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouse; develop data query tools that enable users to analyze independently. Implement and monitor applicable security measures and certificates. Monitor BI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates / upgrades to ensure data accuracy and system stability. Assist with IT projects including documentation, training, and deployment. Research new and existing technologies to ensure the use of best-in-class technology aligned with the company goals while providing reliable cost-effective solutions. Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility. Perform other duties as assigned (ie - after hours support, special projects, occasional travel).
Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, or related field is preferred. 3-5 years direct related work experience required. Knowledge of business system environments and processing requirements; understands overall data flow from user specifications considering all input and output, hardware, software, and the operating environment. Proficiency in BI tools, SQL, and data modeling. Ability to analyze large data sets, identify patterns and trends, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Good business acumen and ability to collaborate with business users, understand their needs, and present complex data in a clear manner. Great customer service and interpersonal skills. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties.
