Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Enterprise solution architecture, system integration, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms Scalability, availability, security, observability, performance, and disaster-recovery design Architecture governance, standards, patterns, and technical roadmaps Data, application, infrastructure, and integration design expertise Ability to evaluate alternatives, trade-offs, cost, risk, and business value Experience with high-volume retail, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated platforms preferred Roles & Responsibilities Translate business and product goals into target architecture and measurable quality attributes. Create solution designs covering applications, integrations, data, cloud, security, and operations. Evaluate alternatives and document decisions, trade-offs, risks, and cost implications. Guide engineering teams through implementation, reviews, and architectural compliance. Define strategies for scalability, availability, performance, observability, and resilience. Partner with security, data, infrastructure, product, and operations leaders. Maintain modernization roadmaps and reduce technical debt and operational risk. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Strategic thinker with strong advisory, influencing, and executive communication skills. Able to lead architecture decisions across multiple teams without direct authority.
