Lead development team to ensure following Sitecore best practices Mentor new and current developers and help them onboard with the latest technologies used Oversee project throughout delivery lifecycle through: Strategy, Discovery, Development Work with the business team to understand functional requirements and translate that into technical requirements Participate in business development activities such as sales pursuits with prospects, estimate new projects and define scopes Help maintain current continuous integration and continuous delivery for development, QA and live websites Help maintain and set development standards and best practices

Requirements:

6+ years Sitecore experience or 10+ years of .NET experience Sitecore knowledge: Sitecore Templates, API's, SXA, Helix guidelines, Renderings, Sitecore marketing capabilities Understanding of Docker and containers Understanding of Headless development Strong experience with search and indexing technologies, preferably Coveo for Sitecore and Solr Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field Experience estimating tasks Experience architecting and implementing end to end customized solutions

Preferred Experience:

Experience training other developers DevOps experience, specifically creating CI/CD pipelines; and utilizing tools such as Azure Dev Ops Understanding of Helix design principals Knowledgeable about Sitecore product offerings Understanding of SXA and Sitecore commerce Americaneagle.com provides its employees with an energetic work environment and opportunities to further develop their skills. We offer a generous compensation and benefits package. The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$160,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
