Role:

The Field Application Engineer (FAE) is a highly organized and skilled individual who is responsible for managing contractor relationships, ensuring system installations meet specifications, and providing product-focused technical support. Key responsibilities include contractor scheduling, training, and technical guidance, as well as system programming and modifications. This role involves travel and field work, with some time at our Elmhurst office.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Position Qualifications Competencies & Skills:

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing and walking for prolonged periods of time, lifting and/or carrying heavy loads of up to 50 pounds, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodation is required Good hand-eye coordination is necessary Mechanical ability, required Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Ability to update and manage excel spreadsheets and manage Outlook calendar invites. Education and Experience:
