The Opportunity:
Integration Solutions Architect provides leadership & strategy for a group of IT professionals supporting a major organizational unit responsible for the definition, development, implementation, operation and support of integration/middleware systems and related processes and tools which provide information for reporting, operations, and decision making. This role will be responsible for overseeing development and product integration roadmaps, develop best practices and standardized architectural frameworks. Exceptional communication skills, In-depth Cloud integration and Solution architecture knowledge will be a key element to succeed in this role.What You'll Work On:
Design and implement On-prem/ Cloud integration solutions to meet business requirements using products like TIBCO CE/MuleSoft/Azure logic apps. Lead the Architecture, design of Cloud Microservices and TIBCO applications , ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other architects to define integration strategies and solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on integration best practices and standards. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the integration layer. Stay updated with the latest Cloud Microservices Integration and TIBCO technologies / industry trends. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Understands and contributes to organization's vision, goals and strategies. Aligns department priorities appropriately, determines critical success factors, evaluates and pursues initiatives, investments and opportunities based on fit with strategies. Champion change and innovation. Stimulates creativity and innovation in others. Open to new ideas. Supports those who initiate change - and take risks. Promotes a Global Perspective. Ensures that IT solutions meets the needs of the business. Negotiates for and secures resources to meet the long-range operational demands of the area. Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners. Make strategic decisions that impact division or site. Final decision authority for department budget and project activities.Education & Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in software engineering, business, information systems, or a discipline closely related to the client area served. 10+ years of overall experience, including 3-5 years systems management experience; experience should also include architecture, project management, systems consulting, employee development, and strategic system planning. Proven experience as a Cloud Integration /TIBCO Solution Architect or similar role. Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS Microservices/ Kubernetes and/or TIBCO product stack. Proven experience with Tibco Container Edition/TIBCOBW/TIBCO
EMS, Hands on experience with Cloud/Azure logic apps, Middleware Migration experience in both on-prem and cloud environments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:
TIBCO / Cloud Certification Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of other integration tools and technologies.TIBCO BW 6X/TIBCO BW CE
