As part of a global corporation the company serves a wide range of industries incliding Aerospace, Medical, and Automation Sector. Job Description Provide technical support to customers in the CNC division, ensuring optimal machine performance and application. Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with the sales team to present technical demonstrations and support pre-sales activities. Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure proper use and maintenance of CNC equipment. In this role, you will provide CNC technical expertise and support to help customers effectively utilize products and services to improve their applications and processes. Work closely with the sales team, you will build strong customer relationships, identify value-added growth opportunities, and drive increased adoption of solutions. You will also provide product, application, and process expertise for projects, supporting initiatives from concept through completion. Develop and present contents of scheduled programming classes to both internal and external customers. Support training and/or coaching of internal and external customers in relation to advanced manufacturing concepts and full product lines. Focus based on industries like Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical. Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback for continuous product improvement. The Successful Applicant A strong technical background in CNC machinery and related applications. Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving within engineering and manufacturing environments. 4+ years of experience in CNC or machine tool design Experience with at least one CNC process (milling, turning, routing, plasma, waterjet, or laser) Proficiency in G-code and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Fusion) Experience with PLC programming and or motion control (preferred) What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 USD. 6% dollar for dollar 401k match, 2-3 weeks of PTO and 5 sick days, 5% bonus Opportunities Collaborative and professional work environment in the business services industry.
