Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Software Engineer to join our team in. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge embedded systems and software solutions that drive technological advancements across various industries. Your expertise will contribute to designing, implementing, and optimizing complex algorithms, firmware, and hardware integration, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities Develop and maintain embedded software for microcontrollers and FPGA platforms, ensuring seamless integration with hardware components such as sensors, PCB designs, and signal processing modules. Design and implement algorithms for data analysis, machine learning applications, and signal processing tasks to enhance product capabilities. Create robust APIs (including RESTful APIs) for communication between devices over TCP/IP networks or Zigbee protocols within IoT ecosystems. Write clean, efficient code in languages such as C, C++, Python, JavaScript, Objective-C, Perl, and Visual Basic; utilize scripting for automation and testing purposes. Conduct unit testing and software quality assurance activities using tools like Jenkins, GitHub workflows, and SVN to ensure reliability across operating systems Troubleshoot engineering issues related to embedded systems programming, computer hardware integration, network monitoring, or firmware updates Support software content development for UI/UX interfaces on Android or web platforms; leverage HTML/CSS/JavaScript for application front-end enhancements. Participate actively in Agile development cycles using Jira for task management; contribute to continuous improvement through code reviews and software troubleshooting. Experience Demonstrated ability to develop software using C/C++, Python, JavaScript, Java or C#; experience with Visual Studio or Eclipse IDEs is preferred. Practical experience with hardware debugging tools such as logic analyzers or oscilloscopes; proficiency in soldering and PCB design review is advantageous. Familiarity with communication protocols including TCP/IP (Ethernet/WAN), DHCP, VoIP, JSON/XML data formats; experience working with APIs (RESTful/SOAP) is essential. Knowledge of machine learning techniques applied within embedded systems or big data environments; experience with MATLAB/Simulink is desirable. Ability to troubleshoot complex engineering problems involving computer networking, signal processing algorithms, or firmware updates efficiently. Prior involvement in software testing automation (using Jenkins or similar tools), version control (GitHub/Git), and agile methodologies ensures high-quality deliverables.
