Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and support software applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js. This individual will build and maintain AWS serverless solutions, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to refine requirements, and deliver solutions through an iterative Agile process. The engineer will work with enterprise integrations, event-driven architectures, and graph database technologies. Additional responsibilities include integrating AI/LLM capabilities into software products while following best practices related to security, evaluation, grounding, and responsible AI use. • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting software applications
• Full-stack TypeScript experience with React and Node.js
• Experience with modern state management, reusable component design, and schema-based validation
• Experience with AWS serverless technologies including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, and infrastructure as code
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate tradeoffs
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, Agile development practices, Git, and work-tracking tools
• Experience with Neo4j or other graph databases
• Experience writing Cypher queries
• Experience with enterprise API integrations
• Experience with cross-application search solutions
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI agents into software products
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or similar AI services
• Experience with AI grounding, evaluation, security, and responsible AI practices
