Job Description

Application Analyst Position Summary The Application Analyst supports, maintains, and optimizes third-party applications used throughout the Med Center Health system. This role works closely with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to ensure that third-party systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organizational goals. The analyst is responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining software applications; troubleshooting issues; coordinating with vendors; and ensuring integrations with other enterprise systems function properly. The Application Analyst also assists with upgrades, change management, and documentation while promoting adherence to Med Center Health s IT standards, security protocols, and best practices. Minimum Qualifications Two years of experience supporting or implementing third-party software applications required. Experience in a healthcare or enterprise IT environment preferred. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Information Management, or related field required. Associate's degree and related work experience may serve in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
