You will shape technical direction, mentor senior engineers, drive engineering excellence, and influence strategy across product teams. Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 8-12 years of professional software development experience delivering complex systems at scale Deep technical expertise in one or more backend languages ( Java, Go, Python, C#, or similar ) and experience building distributed or microservices‑based architectures; strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and JavaScript/TypeScript Advanced understanding of system architecture, data modeling, multithreading, API design, performance optimization and experience with distributed systems, event‑driven architectures, and cloud‑native tooling (Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD pipelines) Hands‑on experience with both relational and NoSQL databases; ability to independently design, implement, and debug complex, large‑scale systems Demonstrated leadership in technical decision‑making, mentoring, and cross‑team collaboration Desirable Requirements Experience integrating AI-enabled automation and agentic AI (LLMs, autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks), along with familiarity in RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and enterprise platforms like ServiceNow Strong foundation in Agile and cloud-native ecosystems, including GitOps, Kubernetes (Helm/Kustomize), security practices, and contributing to platform strategy or architectural governance Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
