Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer II for a top medical technology client. This candidate will join a growing team supporting the development of an innovative digital diagnostics platform focused on AI-driven healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, C#/.NET, and MSSQL while contributing across the full software development lifecycle. This engineer will play a key role in upcoming product releases, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and help deliver high-quality software in a regulated environment. Day-to-Day:

• Design, develop, modify, and implement software applications
• Support and install software applications and operating systems
• Participate in software testing activities, including test reviews and analysis
• Assist with software certifications and release activities
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback
• Debug and resolve software issues
• Support upcoming software releases for the Bladder AI Genius Digital Diagnostics product
• Contribute to project planning and implementation activities

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
