Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer II for a top medical technology client. This candidate will join a growing team supporting the development of an innovative digital diagnostics platform focused on AI-driven healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, C#/.NET, and MSSQL while contributing across the full software development lifecycle. This engineer will play a key role in upcoming product releases, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and help deliver high-quality software in a regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a cutting-edge healthcare technology organization with long-term extension and potential conversion opportunities.
Day-to-Day:
  • Design, develop, modify, and implement software applications
  • Support and install software applications and operating systems
  • Participate in software testing activities, including test reviews and analysis
  • Assist with software certifications and release activities
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback
  • Debug and resolve software issues
  • Support upcoming software releases for the Bladder AI Genius Digital Diagnostics product
  • Contribute to project planning and implementation activities

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 2-4+ years of full stack software engineering experience
  • Strong React & TypeScript experience
  • Strong C#/.NET experience
  • MSSQL experience
  • Experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software throughout the SDLC
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio
  • Experience using GitHub and JIRA Ability to work onsite in Marlborough, MA 4 days per week
  • Medical device software experience
  • Azure experience
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience
  • Python
  • PowerShell
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • CI/CD experience
  • Microservices architecture experience Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot)
