Job Description

This is a full-time opportunity for a Lead Salesforce Architect & Developer based in a flexible hybrid or remote environment. The company is focused on building a modern, product-driven Salesforce ecosystem that goes far beyond traditional CRM usage. Their platform leverages Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Einstein AI, along with modern JavaScript frameworks, to create scalable, intelligent, and highly integrated business solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building and innovating rather than maintaining the status quo. The team is looking for a hands-on architect who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building proof of concepts, and leading from the front. Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
  • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
  • Advanced experience with Flow orchestration and Salesforce DevOps practices
  • Experience building and managing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices, governor limits, and scalable architecture Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Node.js
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, large language models, or agent-based workflows
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Flosum or similar
  • Exposure to event-driven architecture and pub/sub patterns
  • Leadership experience mentoring or managing developers and administrators What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
