We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with 7+ years of experience building and evolving enterprise applications. This role will shape and deliver distributed systems, APIs, and modern web applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Kubernetes-based platforms. The successful candidate will navigate large codebases, influence technical direction, and lead implementation across the development lifecycle. They will work closely with architecture, product, platform, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot. Develop RESTful APIs and microservices that support critical business capabilities. Build modern user interfaces and application workflows using JavaScript and a contemporary front-end framework. Evaluate design trade-offs involving scalability, resiliency, security, performance, operability, and long-term architecture. Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and executable delivery plans. Lead the technical delivery of complex development initiatives and coordinate implementation across dependent teams. Design, deploy, and support containerized applications on Amazon EKS, Red Hat OpenShift, or comparable Kubernetes platforms. Diagnose production issues and performance bottlenecks across distributed applications and platform integrations. Partner with platform, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise standards. Influence interface contracts, integration patterns, deployment strategies, and operational readiness. Mentor developers through design guidance, technical reviews, and hands-on problem solving. Advance modernization efforts involving cloud adoption, API-first architecture, containerization, automation, and observability.
Pay range:
