The Workday Integrations Administrator is a key member of the Information Technology Services team, responsible for the design, development, implementation, support, and optimization of Workday integrations across the organization. This role serves as the primary technical resource for Workday integration solutions and provides advanced expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Cloud Connectors, Workday Orchestrate, and Workday Extend.

The Analyst works closely with functional business units, technical teams, third-party vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure data integration between Workday and internal and external systems. This individual provides technical guidance, troubleshooting expertise, and ongoing support to help ensure the continued success of the Workday platform. Job Description Major Areas of Responsibility Integration design, development, and support Serve as the primary Information Technology Services resource for Workday integration design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using: Workday Studio Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Cloud Connector Workday Extend Workday Orchestrate Develop and support inbound, outbound, and bi-directional integrations between Workday and third-party systems. Configure and maintain file-based, API-based, and web service integrations as needed. Ensure integrations are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business and technical requirements. Help support and write Workday reports. Help support security configuration changes to domain policies and authentication policies. Technical guidance and collaboration Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, Information Technology Services, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective integration solutions. Collaborate with Workday functional leads, reporting analysts, security administrators, and external vendors to support seamless system connectivity. Provide technical input for new integration requests, system enhancements, and process improvements. Support Workday releases, updates, and adoption of new integration-related features. Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and implementation timelines for integration-related work. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance Monitor integration performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and connectivity problems, and coordinate timely resolution. Maintain technical documentation for integration architecture, data mapping, configuration, and support procedures. Support compliance with security, data privacy, audit, and change management standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three or more years of experience supporting Workday integrations.

Demonstrated expertise in:

Workday Studio Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) Cloud Connectors Workday Extend Workday Orchestrate Experience developing and supporting complex integrations in a Workday environment. Strong understanding of integration concepts including XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST, SFTP, APIs, and web services. Experience with integration troubleshooting, error handling, testing, and performance tuning. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salary:

The salary range for the Workday Integrations Administrator position is $95,000-$98,000, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.
