The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Endpoint Services Software Engineer CI Lead based in Hanover, MD. You will support Endpoint Services by leading the development of a flexible classification marking tool for the ICAM Zero Trust (ZT) project. This is a customer-facing opportunity to influence a critical enterprise capability, collaborate with mission partners, and help shape the future of ICAM technologies. Our program develops and delivers enterprise and stand‑alone Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities across the Intelligence Community. Our work spans program management, mission support, software development and integration, system engineering, testing, documentation, monitoring, and release management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of developers in designing and building a classification marking tool for the ICAM ZT program.
- Provide technical guidance, ensure code quality, and maintain progress across multiple project efforts.
- Present demonstrations, communicate project risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate closely with system engineers to support User Acceptance Testing.
- Solve complex technical problems and maintain strong configuration management practices.
- Build deployment packages and prepare associated documentation.
- Support customer engagements and ensure solutions meet mission needs.
- Apply knowledge of classification markings across multiple environments.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Substitution:
Four additional years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree (total of 9 years).
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience in SIGINT, Information Assurance (IA), or IT domains.
- Strong experience enforcing coding standards and working within agile development processes.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Excellent writing skills, including experience producing program or process‑related documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Desired:
- Experience with Jest, Cypress, and Docker.
- Working knowledge of classification markings and their application.
- Ability to analyze system requirements, concepts of operations, and high‑level architectures to create detailed specifications.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting customer requirements.
- Ability to establish internal schedules and track milestones.
- Provide input to system engineers for process documentation and government deliverables.
- Assist system engineers in testing new configurations or software releases.
- Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
