  • The Opportunity CACI is seeking a JBlocks Software Engineer to support Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for both enterprise-wide and stand‑alone deployments across the Intelligence Community.
Based in Hanover, MD, our program provides mission-critical services, software integration and development, system engineering, testing, documentation, network and system monitoring, migration support, configuration control, and release management. We are expanding our JBlocks team and looking for passionate technologists who thrive in dynamic, mission-oriented environments. You'll join a collaborative group focused on delivering innovative solutions that simplify integration and strengthen data labeling and compliance across user environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance software capabilities that meet evolving data labeling and marking requirements.
  • Work closely with team developers to design, implement, and test new features.
  • Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, including expanding automated testing.
  • Offer proactive, creative solutions to address data marking and compliance challenges.
  • Help improve integration of JBlocks services by maintaining flexible, adaptable design approaches.
  • Support continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and usability.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
  • Candidates may substitute 4 years of software engineering experience in place of a bachelor's degree (total 9 years of experience).
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in SIGINT, IA, or IT domains.
  • Proficient in Java Development
  • Understanding of unit and integration testing
  • Familiarity with PKI and REST services
  • Have the ability to evaluate user issues, create and document tests to reproduce in development environments
  • Familiar with debugging code using an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) as a containerized service
  • Use of Gitlab, CI/CD, build pipelines
  • Containerize existing software capabilities using
Docker Desired:
  • Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI standards
  • Experience Performing Development in the eVo environment to include familiarity and use of tools in the environment (GreyBox etc.)
  • Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements.
  • Linux experience
  • Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results
  • Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.
  • Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML
  • Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
