Description:

Support a team specializing in designing, engineering, implementation, development and maintenance of enterprise quality mission systems, networks, and applications - DevOps position

Mandatory Skills:

1.

• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Cl/CD pipelines (Jenkins required) 2.
• Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform (required) 3.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, 1AM, CloudWatch, and other core services 4.
• Demonstrated experience with containerization (such as Docker and Pod man) 5.
• Strong scripting proficiency: Bash (required) and Python (required) 6.
• Experience with database self-hosting including installation, configuration, backup/recovery, high availability, and performance tuning (PostgreSQL and MySQL) 7.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems such as Prometheus/Alertmanager and CloudWatch 8.
• Demonstrated experience integrating and deploying diverse software systems: AWS cloud services, open-source applications, COTS/GOTS products, and custom applications 9.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, 1AM policies, and AWS architecture best practices 10.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, branching strategies, and version control best practices

Optional Skills:

1.

• Experience deploying and managing data platform components: Apache Spark, Tri no, Apache Ranger, Apache Iceberg, Apache Superset, data catalogs 2.
• Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures and supporting infrastructure 3.
• Experience with secrets management solutions (AWS Secrets Manager, Parameter Store) 4.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, backup strategies, and continuity planning 5.
• Familiarity with API gateways and modern microservices patterns 6.
• Experience with cost optimization practices in AWS 7.
• Background deploying and supporting Al/ML workloads or model serving infrastructure 8.
• Experience mentoring team members on DevOps and cloud best practices 9.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.) 10.
• Familiarity with additional monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK stack) 11.
• Experience integrating customer's Enterprise services
