This role offers the opportunity to develop high-performance firmware for advanced microcontroller-based systems while providing technical leadership to the engineering team. What You'll Do Design and develop embedded firmware using C/C++ Build low-level drivers, hardware abstraction layers, and communication interfaces Develop for bare-metal and RTOS environments Debug complex hardware and firmware issues using JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers Optimize performance, memory usage, power consumption, and system reliability Create and execute unit, integration, and system-level tests Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams Mentor junior and mid-level engineers What You'll Bring 5+ years of embedded software development experience Strong C/C++ programming skills Proficiency with Git and embedded debugging tools Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience U.S. citizenship Preferred Experience Embedded Linux and custom Linux platforms FPGA, SoC integration, or low-level hardware design Python scripting for automation and testing Experience with ARM Cortex-M, STM32, i.
