Position Duties/Responsibilities You will plan work and prepares performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommends official performance ratings. You will make appropriate distinctions in levels of performance while equitably applying performance standards. You will hear and resolve complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher level supervisor or manager.
