$125,000 to $160,000 per Year Centurion is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform architecture, solution design, and enterprise-scale delivery across multiple ServiceNow modules. This role partners with business and technical teams to modernize services, drive automation, and ensure best‑practice implementation in a dynamic federal environment. Key Responsibilities Architect and guide end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions across
ITSM, ITOM
(HAM/SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR, and Asset Management. Lead platform enhancements, modernization initiatives, and strategic technical design reviews. Align ServiceNow capabilities with enterprise goals including automation, AI‑driven improvements, and next‑generation platform features. Develop platform roadmaps, architectural standards, and technical recommendations. Ensure data integrity and governance across CMDB, HAM, and SAM. Provide architectural guidance, mentorship, and solution governance to development teams. Required Skills & Experience Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Bachelor's degree + 7+ years relevant IT experience (or Master's + 3-6 years, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree). 7+ years hands‑on ServiceNow development and solution delivery. 5+ years experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) On‑site availability minimum 3 days/week in Woodlawn, MD.
Strong proficiency with:
  • Cross‑platform integrations and architectural design
  • ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR modules
  • CMDB, HAM, SAM
    data governance
  • System architecture and design principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills & Certifications Experience with web technologies: HTML/X‑HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java. Strong JavaScript development and automation across ServiceNow modules. Experience with
REST/SOAP
integrations, Business Rules, Workflows, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and External Portals. Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, and LDAP. Preferred ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, CSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, SPM, APM, SAM, HAM). PMP, Scrum/Agile certifications, or other relevant leadership credentials. ITIL v4 Foundations certification. Open to Green card holders and US Citizens only Ideal candidate will be onsite, but client is open to Hybrid
