Ford Hybrid On-Site Dearborn MI $55-$65/HR 12+ Month Contract Position Description The Ford IT Staff WorkTech Team is seeking a full-stack software engineer to join a lean, Agile, and eXtreme Programming (XP) team. This role involves daily participation in paired programming, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. You will collaborate closely and continuously with fellow engineers, product owners, and multiple stakeholders. This is a highly visible position within the IT Staff Team. The team is currently developing applications supporting Return to Work initiatives, as well as an Employee Performance Management application with global impact.
