Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

3 plus years of software engineering experience. Experience leading teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members for best practices is preferred.

Travel:

Up to 25% domestic and international travel. Experience with integrated development environment(s) (IDEs) Strong understanding of TGW Systems processes and solution implementation Familiarity with software development principles, agile methods, unit testing, and automated and functional testing.
