Front Office Team Member

The Acupuncture Center of Grand Rapids is seeking a dedicated front office team member who is friendly, outgoing, highly organized, and able to multitask with ease. You'll be an integral part of the patient experience — helping patients feel welcomed, cared for, and supported from the moment they walk through the door. The ideal candidate loves connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and can balance professionalism with warmth and personality. You are part air traffic controller, part problem solver, and part cheerleader — helping keep the office running smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for our patients.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones and assisting patients Scheduling appointments and managing provider schedules Receiving payments and explaining financial information Administrative tasks Directing patients throughout the office Providing excellent customer service Supporting day-to-day office operations Other office duties as needed Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Schedule:

Part time 25-30 hours per week

Compensation:
