For SolidWorks Designers Who Want More Than Just CAD At Rack Processing, our engineers and designers are involved in the entire process—from customer concept and SolidWorks design through prototyping, manufacturing, and final production. You'll work alongside Customers, Sales, andProduction to turn real-world manufacturing challenges into practical solutions. What We're Looking For SolidWorks experience required (sheet metal preferred) Associate degree in Engineering Technology, CAD, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience Entry-level experience in engineering, design, or manufacturing (internships or project work count) - Automotive and/or welding even better! Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Comfortable working with customers, Sales, Engineering, and Production Familiarity with fast-paced, production-driven environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills What this role will do Design and develop custom products using SolidWorks, with a focus on sheet metal components Create production drawings, print packages, BOMs, and work orders. Work with customers and Sales to understand specifications, applications, and design needs. Translate customer needs into practical, manufacturable solutions. Provide technical support, product information, quoting assistance, and design solutions. Serve as a technical customer resource and help strengthen long-term B2B relationships. Collaborate with Production on prototypes, revisions, troubleshooting, and manufacturing improvements. Pay:

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
