Job Summary:
Responsible for requirements generation, simulation, design, development and integration of complex military combat vehicle software-based systems.Essential Functions:
Develop vehicle softwareDevelop vehicle software and cybersecurity employing rapid prototyping, agile development, DevSecOpsDevelop software requirement specifications, algorithms, logic flow-charts / activity diagrams, leverage SysML Modeling and Simulation input Research, simulate and analyze software solutions to evaluate system performance to meet customer requirementsPerform trade studies to compare alternative approachesFamiliarity with software life-cycle development, verification, configuration and integration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, Kubernetes, CANoe, MATLAB/Simulink, …)Familiarity with development and integration of drivers, apps, kernels, containers and VMsFamiliarity with safety criticalityIntegration of military lethality, survivability, and C5ISR systemsSupport of CPU, GPU, and FPGA integration using design toolsInteract with external customers and suppliersComponent/Vehicle test supportUnderstand and review test plans for compliance with customer's requirements and functionsEmploy test / scan software toolsSupport prototype development and testSupport system-integration-lab (SIL) and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) activitiesMonitor/analyze test resultsTroubleshoot issues and perform corrective actionSupervisory Responsibilities:
