The program is designed to develop a talent pipeline with accelerated knowledge of Henkel gained through immersive learning experiences, that leads to diverse career opportunities across our Adhesives business in the United States. What you´ll do Working in three different locations and business units throughout the program you will: Support customer projects through laboratory testing, product evaluations, performance validation, and technical data generation for new and existing applications Partner with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve technical challenges, optimize processes, and identify new application opportunities Analyze test results, develop technical recommendations, and communicate findings through reports, presentations, and customer interactions Provide technical support through customer visits, product demonstrations, troubleshooting activities, and training sessions Collaborate with teams across Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales to support innovation and business growth initiatives Contribute to strategic projects and rotational assignments that may include research, application development, process improvement, and customer-focused business initiatives What makes you a good fit BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or similar degree required Mobility required; you will work in three different business units, relocating for three 8-month rotations across various company locations within the region Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills Problem solving and analytical thinking skills required Demonstrated academic achievement (3.0 or above is preferred) Demonstrated leadership ability and collaboration within teams (previous internship/co-op experience is preferred). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Available for full time employment August 2027 Participation in this program requires valid U.S. work authorization. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
