PrimeWest Health is seeking a Senior Health Care Integration Analyst/Developer to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge data exchange and interoperability solutions. You'll serve as a trusted technical leader, guiding high-profile partner integrations, architecting secure and maintainable solutions, and ensuring seamless exchange of clinical, payer, and administrative data. If you're an expert in EDI, APIs, HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability , this is your chance to make a lasting impact in a collaborative, mission-focused environment. A. Assist the Director of Business IT & Claims Administration and PrimeWest Health staff in the following as needed: EDI Development/Support FHIR and Health Care Interoperability Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Interoperability and Service Authorization Readiness Technical Leadership and Operational Support Professional Competencies Expertise in healthcare data exchange standards, including HIPAA X12, HL7, FHIR, APIs, and EDI. Experience with integration development, ETL, data validation, production support, and secure data transfer. Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, CMS requirements, security, privacy, and data governance. Proficiency with SQL, relational databases, and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript). Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, QA, and release management practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and leverage approved AI tools to improve efficiency. Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered. Experience with SQL, reporting, automation, and data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze complex issues, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively. Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods. Why you'll love working here!
