Job Description

OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise integrations across critical business systems. This individual will play a key role in connecting ERP, CRM, HRIS, customer service, and operational platforms while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure Integration Services, API architecture, and enterprise application integrations involving platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Lawson, and SQL-based systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and oversee enterprise integration architecture supporting ERP, CRM, TMS, HRIS, and customer service platforms.

Lead system integration initiatives across finance, sales, operations, human resources, and customer service functions.

Build and maintain integrations between Azure, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Lawson, SQL databases, and other enterprise applications.

Architect and implement API-led integration strategies utilizing REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven technologies.

Manage and support Azure Integration Services, including: Logic Apps, API Management (APIM), Service Bus, and Event GridCollaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define workflows, system requirements, reporting needs, and integration roadmaps.

Evaluate and recommend enhancements to ERP, CRM, and enterprise technology platforms to improve business operations.

Assess and implement AI-driven capabilities such as predictive forecasting, intelligent lead scoring, automation, and customer service enhancements.

Develop and maintain architecture documentation, integration specifications, standards, and system diagrams.

Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, scalability, and overall system performance across integrated environments.

Provide technical leadership during system upgrades, cloud migrations, application implementations, and modernization efforts.

Troubleshoot complex integration issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.•Please note: This position is onsite, Monday-Friday, in Johns Creek. Please don't apply to this posting if you're not already local to Metro Atlanta and willing to work onsite
