The Mid-Level Software Engineer designs, develops, enhances, and maintains software applications and systems supporting mission-critical government programs. This role analyzes user and system requirements and applies software engineering, computer science, and technical principles to develop effective and scalable solutions. The engineer will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including designing and implementing new capabilities, troubleshooting and improving existing applications, integrating software with hardware and other systems, and supporting database development and maintenance. The role works collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and security requirements.
