Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform), and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer certification. Experience in the financial services industry. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with Agile methodologies Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of RESTful and event-driven APIs on AWS. Architect and implement API solutions using AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, Open Search, and others. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Mentor and guide a team of onshore and offshore developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps. Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Implement security best practices for API development, including authentication, authorization, and data protection. Monitor and optimize API performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Stay current with emerging AWS technologies and industry trends.
