experience in a real-world business environment. Experience gained solely through training, coursework, certifications, or limited exposure will not meet the requirements of this position. Key Responsibilities Develop, analyze, modify, test, and support
SAP ABAP
programs and applications. Work with SAP enhancements, conversions, User Exits, ALV reports, LSMW, RFCs, ALE/EDI, IDOCs, BAPIs, and BAdIs. Develop and modify SAP Scripts and Smart Forms. Debug SAP applications and resolve system issues. Support inbound and outbound IDOCs, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and error resolution. Work with EDI transactions including 850, 855, 846, 856, and 810. Work with third-party EDI/middleware providers to map EDI transactions to
SAP IDOC
structures. Support onboarding of new EDI customers and trading partners. Communicate with vendors and trading partners to obtain and provide information needed for EDI data exchanges. Troubleshoot EDI errors, missing data, invalid data, and mapping issues. Respond to SAP and EDI support tickets in coordination with the SAP Lead. Partner with business teams to understand requirements and develop effective technical solutions. Support business and IT strategic initiatives. Apply functional knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process. Provide ongoing technical support and contribute to SAP projects and implementations. Required Qualifications 35+ years of hands-on

development experience. Experience working with SAP ECC 6.0 or higher. Strong knowledge of
SAP ABAP
development technologies. Hands-on experience with SAP SD and MM modules. In-depth experience integrating EDI transactions with SAP. Experience mapping EDI messages to
SAP IDOC
structures. Experience with inbound and outbound IDOCs. Experience onboarding EDI customers or trading partners. Experience working with third-party EDI mapping services, middleware, or processing partners. Strong understanding of the SAP Order-to-Cash process. Experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP ECC implementation. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels. Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
