In office Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting solutions to support operational and analytical needs. Lead the development, enhancement, and long-term support of custom Microsoft Access and VBA solutions that support critical business processes. Own and maintain the Microsoft Access VBA front-end across departments, ensuring performance, usability, and reliability. Independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, data, and performance issues with minimal supervision. Develop and enhance applications using C#.NET, JavaScript, and related technologies, contributing to both new development and system improvements. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend technical approaches, and deliver well designed solutions. Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including system design, code standards, and process workflows Contribute to best practices, code quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Provide guidance and technical support to team members as needed. Experience Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced query development, performance optimization, and database management exposure. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Access, including advanced form/report design and VBA programming for application automation and front-end development Solid experience with software development principles: hands-on experience with C#.NET and JavaScript preferred. Proven ability to analyze complex problems, design effective solutions, and execute with attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of assigned systems and deliverables.
