SERVICENOW ARCHITECT

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives Designs, develops, and maintains ServiceNow platform to ensure efficient ITSM processes and enhance the overall user experience. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow configurations and integrations Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap, guiding long-term platform growth and governance Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow best practices, including platform performance, security, data model design, and upgrade planning Oversee development activities and ensure technical designs are implemented according to architectural standards Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solution designs, and provide strategic platform recommendations Design and optimize integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using
