Job Description

Manager of Integration Services Are you an experienced integration leader ready to play a key role in advancing enterprise integration strategy? We're searching for an experienced leader to join our company's newly created integration service team with a focus for delivering secure, scalable, and mission critical system integrations that power our business. In this influential role, you'll oversee the design, development, and operation of integrations across the enterprise—driving architecture standards, improving reliability, and ensuring seamless interoperability between Guidewire systems, external vendors, and downstream applications. You'll also play a key leadership role in coaching engineering talent, enhancing development practices, and cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of Integration Engineers, providing coaching, direction, and performance management Own the end-to-end delivery, quality, and operational stability of system integrations Guide technical design and integration architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise and security standards Partner with cross-functional teams—including Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Guidewire Platform teams—to ensure integrations meet regulatory and business requirements Oversee monitoring, incident response, release coordination, and change management for integration services Drive modernization efforts such as API-first designs, event-driven patterns, cloud capabilities, and automation Manage vendor relationships and contribute to technology strategy and tooling decisions
Qualifications:
7+ years in integration development or enterprise systems 3+ years leading or managing technical teams Strong depth in APIs, messaging, ETL, and batch integrations Experience in regulated, high-availability environments Background with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps/CI/CD, or integration middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka, MQ) is a plus A strategic, collaborative leader who drives results, solves complex problems, and inspires high performance Nice to have; hands-on experience integrating
