We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI and machine learning implementation, with a focus on developing and deploying agentic AI solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze complex problems and design innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making processes and automate tasks.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives related to agentic AI. Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms that facilitate autonomous decision-making. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for AI integration. Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. Document project progress, methodologies, and outcomes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven expertise in AI and machine learning implementation. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java. Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles. Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques. Experience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of ethical considerations and best practices in AI development. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AI or machine learning are a plus. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
