Requirement/Must Have:
Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful systems. Strong frontend architecture experience with React & TypeScript. Proven experience designing cloud-native, distributed systems. Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD. Strong understanding of security, networking, and performance. Experience leading and influencing multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
Define end-to-end architecture for frontend, backend, and deployment. Evaluate and select frameworks, libraries, databases, and cloud services. Drive contract-first API design and versioning strategies. Define standards, guidelines, and architectural guardrails. Architect distributed systems using Java 8+/17 & Spring Boot. Define microservices, event-driven, or modular monolith architectures. Design secure systems using OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, TLS. Optimize system performance, scalability, and resilience. Define scalable frontend architecture using React & TypeScript. Decide between
CSR, SSR, SSG
(React vs Next.js). Establish design systems and shared component libraries. Drive frontend performance, accessibility, and SEO standards. Lead cloud adoption and modernization (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform/Oracle Cloud). Define containerization and orchestration strategy (Docker, Kubernetes). Establish CI/CD pipelines and release governance. Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
Drive observability:
logging, metrics, tracing, alerting. Provide technical leadership across multiple teams. Mentor senior and junior engineers. Conduct architecture reviews and resolve cross-team technical issues. Collaborate with product and business stakeholders on roadmap planning. Nice to
