Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Hands-on Veeva configuration experience.
- Strong business analysis capabilities: requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Testing rigor: UAT planning/facilitation, test-case design and defect management discipline.
- Ability to translate business/regulatory needs into practical functional designs and clear acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors in an Agile delivery environment.
- Veeva Vault certification(s).
- Experience supporting global pharmaceutical organizations, preferably US-based.
- Experience with PromoMats / MLR processes.
- Experience with Vault integrations and enterprise applications.
- Experience with CSV / GxP validation and regulated change management.
- Experience with Jira, DevOps, Confluence, Visio.
- Experience working in globally distributed Agile teams.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI use cases within Life Sciences, content management, regulatory, or commercial operations.
- Experience defining business cases, benefits realization, and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Veeva Vault.
- Experience working with one or more Vault applications such as Vault PromoMats (primary), Vault QualityDocs, Vault RIM, Vault Clinical, Vault MedComms, or related Vault solutions.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and regulated environments.
- Experience with requirements management and Agile delivery practices.
- Strong understanding of Veeva Vault configuration concepts including: o Objects, Fields o Workflows, Lifecycles o Roles and permissions o Document types, Metadata o Reports and dashboards o User access, Notifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Salary Range:
