Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Lead/Architect with over 12 years of expertise in designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise-grade web applications across both frontend and backend layers. The ideal candidate will combine deep Java and Spring Boot backend proficiency with strong Angular UI development skills, translating Figma designs into polished, accessible user interface, and operating within large insurance enterprise ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and develop end-to-end web applications spanning Angular frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend. Translate Figma design mockups and prototypes into pixel-accurate, responsive, and accessible Angular components. Build reusable UI component libraries aligned with design system standards, ensuring visual consistency across applications. Develop and maintain SOAP and RESTful web services, ensuring reliability, performance, and backward compatibility. Implement responsive layouts using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and Angular Material or equivalent UI frameworks. Implement and enforce application security best practices including authentication, authorization, encryption, and
XSS/CSRF
protection. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows across environments. Collaborate with UX designers, architects, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality full stack solutions. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold frontend and backend engineering standards.
Qualifications:
12+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular Proficiency in consuming Figma design files and translating them accurately into Angular components and layouts Strong expertise in Angular (v19+), TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx or similar state management patterns Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive design, and UI component frameworks (Angular Material, PrimeNG, or similar) Proven experience developing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful web services in enterprise environments Proficiency with Azure services including AKS, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Monitor Strong understanding of application security principles and practices (OWASP, OAuth2, RBAC, XSS/CSRF prevention) Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
