68/hr on w2 What's the Job? Design, develop, enhance, test, support, maintain, and debug middle-tier services and client-facing web applications. Utilize the latest development technologies to meet business requirements effectively. Provide strategic technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives and technology stacks. Represent the technical team in SDLC processes within Agile project methodologies. Collaborate with external programming teams to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget. What's Needed? 5 to 7 years of IT experience as a Java Developer. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for software design and development. Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and technologies. Experience with .NET Core and willingness to work with it. Experience with offshore support and collaborative team environments.
