Job Description
7 to 15 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Mainframe technologies. Hands-on experience in Mainframe application development and support using COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and DB2. Proven experience working in the Banking and Financial Services domain with an understanding of financial systems and processes. Analyze business requirements and develop, enhance, and maintain mission-critical Mainframe applications. Strong knowledge of DB2 database programming, SQL optimization, and performance tuning. Experience in troubleshooting production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and providing timely resolutions. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines. Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and support activities while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
