Contract Piscataway, NJ/Charlotte, NC This is essentially a Workflow Software Engineer / IBM BPM-BAW Engineer role with a strong financial-services environment.

Key Requirements Must-have:

5+ years

IBM BPM / IBM

Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Hands-on BPM workflow design, development, testing, and support Workflow/process automation API and database integrations Troubleshooting, performance tuning, defect resolution Experience with distributed systems and/or mainframe systems Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering Workflow/process documentation

Good-to-have:

ServiceNow FSO (Financial Services Operations) ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) FSO core data models Secure extensions CSM case management Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) Customer engagement Document/content integrations Performance Analytics
