Years Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Opcenter (Camstar) Developer with strong expertise in MES solutions to design, develop, and support manufacturing applications. The candidate will work closely with business, quality, and shop floor teams to deliver scalable and compliant MES solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure Siemens Opcenter (Camstar) MES solutions Customize workflows, data models, and business logic based on manufacturing requirements Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions Integrate Opcenter with ERP (SAP/Oracle), PLC/SCADA, and other shop floor systems Support MES deployments, enhancements, and production issues (L2/L3 support) Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and ensure quality deliverables Maintain system documentation (URS, FRS, Design Specs) Ensure compliance with GxP / FDA / ISA-95 standards Participate in multi-site rollouts and global MES implementations

Essential Skilla:

Strong hands-on experience in Camstar / Siemens Opcenter MES Experience in MES development, configuration, and customization Knowledge of C#, .

NET, SQL

Server Experience in manufacturing processes (pharma / medical devices / discrete manufacturing) Integration experience with

ERP, OPC, SCADA

systems
