Build robust, high-performance, large-scale applications. Utilize web technologies, REST APIs, and backend technologies. Engage in Agile processes with a focus on test-driven development. Operate with minimal supervision and lead a team of developers. Experience in financial or banking sector preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage teams to accomplish goals and conduct personnel duties. Provide strategic influence over resources, budget, and planning. Ensure compliance with procedures and contribute to defining standards. Integrate knowledge of applications development with technology functions. Collaborate with product owners for requirements analysis and component design. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in Java development. Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills. In-depth knowledge of enterprise web applications and design patterns. Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and database technologies. Proficiency in development tools and environments.
